📦 Shipping Policy
All orders are fulfilled within a maximum of 3 days from the date of your order from our store in Quezon City, Philippines.
We currently only use X-Post and J&T Express for all shipments. Each order is shipped with protective packaging and with sufficient insurance coverage.
Shipping costs are as follows:
1. Metro Manila Addresses - Php 100
2. Provincial Addresses - Php 160
Same day delivery via Grab Express or the like may be arranged at the buyer’s expense.
📨 Free Shipping
All orders that are worth Php 2,500 or more are eligible for free shipping.
Orders that qualify for free shipping will be shipped at no cost to you via any of the two couriers that we currently use.
⏱ Delivery Time
Estimated Delivery time via X-Post or J&T Express:
Metro Manila addresses range from 2 to 4 days, while Provincial addresses range from 3 to 7 days.
Should you not receive your order within the time frame provided above, please contact us.
All sales are considered final. No return, no exchange unless proven that the item/s was/were received in damaged or defective condition.
If a shipped order was lost or damaged by our designated courier, then we will immediately ship a replacement item within 5 days. However, if the item was lost or damaged by the buyer’s chosen courier, i.e. Grab Express, then Calligraphy Source PH cannot be held liable as it was the buyer’s choice to use such delivery method, and therefore his/her responsibility.
We do not open all items that we sell to preserve the manufacturers’ packaging. As we only sell products from reputable global brands, we trust that all of their products undergo strict QA/QC procedures before being sold to consumers. However, in the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective product that is due to the manufacturer’s fault, then kindly document the condition with photos and contact us right away. We will coordinate with the corresponding supplier and request for a replacement. If we have the same item on hand, then we will replace your order immediately within 7 days. However, if we don’t have it in stock, then we have no choice but to wait for the replacement item from the supplier which usually takes 15 to 30 days.
